Cambridge NeuroWorks will delete any image of a specific individual at that individual's (or parent or guardian) request as soon as possible. Any individual, parent or guardian has the right to request that images of themselves, their child or ward be removed across all channels.

Individuals who do not want to be included in filming or photography are asked to make themselves known to the event team on the day. This does not preclude requests for the removal of photographs, which will be carried out without question and at the earliest possible time.
